Pelican Resort Villa Improvements
In 2009, more than 100 villas received renovations and all 342 original villas have new bedding and curtains. General Manager, Jules James, reports "We are pleased to receive the very positive comments from Pelican Owners about these improvements and are looking forward to continuing this project in 2010." Eighty-three B1 villas received complete makeovers along with twenty Croton villas. Be sure to watch for even more improvements to come.
Dining at The Pelican Resort
Pelican owners and guests now have even more great on site dining choices. Hollywood Café joins popular ocean terrace restaurant Ciao in serving up traditional Italian cruise and savory authentic Italian gelato from Ice Cream Planet. Don’t miss On The Rock Beach Bar and Grille’s Lobster Night every Monday from 6:30-10:00pm. Enjoy grilled lobster, live music and happy hour drinks. Bon Appetit Bakery and French Brasserie is now open and serving traditional French cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily specials. Ordering from the daily chalk board specials while sitting on the tree-shaded patio is St. Maarten dining at its best. Local favorite The Stone will be closed for renovations with reopening information provided soon.
Preregistration
There will be two check-in desks at Pelican Marina Residence. The larger side will be for Pelican Resort Club guests and the side closer to the jewelry store will be Marina Residence. We will have personalized assistance upon arrival from the sales promoters to all owners and guests. There will be a clerk assigned for the “express check in” (owners who pre-check in on-line) at the concierge desk across from the main lobby desk.
